I am currently a doctoral student at Nova Southeastern University, pursuing a Psy.D in School Psychology.I also provide contract school psychology services for PA school districts. I served the Miami-Dade County Public Schools (MDCPS) as a school Psychologist prior to my return to graduate school. I obtained an M.A. in Experimental Psychology from Florida Atlantic University, and an M.Ed. in School Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University. My interests include: the relationship between mindfulness, executive function, and wellness; school-based prevention programs; cognitive development; and neurodevelopmental disorders. Additionally, I am interested in the education and implementation of cultural sensitivity, multiculturalism, and advocacy.
