Reported to Manager, Materials Management Development.- Carried out the Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for 46 hospitals/ institutions to analyze and streamline their procurement processes so as to improve hospitals’ operational economy, efficiency and effectiveness.- Developed and implemented the PO Module of the mainframe Hospital Based Financial System (HBFS), which integrated with various computer systems. Participated in the roll out plan to define hospital business requirement and the processes. Performed User Acceptance Tests (UAT). Proposed system enhancement.- Designed and conducted the conceptual overview sessions for hospital senior management and the procedural and on-hand operational training for over 2,000 staff.- Prepared Training Manuals and related materials including system set up of Training and Production environment.
