• Participating in various localization, translation and subtitling tasks to develop skills related to translation and localization.• Finished a two-month, half-on-site half-remote, internship where I subtitled an hour-and-a-half-long document of about 55,000 words focused on the gaming industry and its marketing aspect into English to make the contents accessible to international viewers.• Providing administrative support to the management team in Excel and a cloud localization software Phrase TMS. Tested out and compared various subtitling software to improve workflow and efficiency.

• Underwent transcription training and later transcribed videos for YouTube and TikTok creators in both Czech and English. Contents were: Entertainment – gaming, vlogs, commentary, storytelling. The projects were 4 months long, and I was promoted to Czech language QA within the first two weeks. All projects were remote and collaborative, with intensive daily communication. We utilized company-provided cloud apps for both communication and work.• Trained an AI software to recognize various Czech dialects and speaking styles, while also refining its voice output to sound natural and human-like. I worked remotely as an individual through a company-provided app.

• Trained an AI software in a 4-month long, team-based remote project to identify and detect sensitive content in the Czech language and judge its severity. The sensitive content included swear words, (sexual) abuse, racism, homophobia, gun violence and more. Received mental health training to support our work and communicated via Skype and emails.

• Spotted and translated 3 to 10-minute videos focused on linguistics and educational topics.

• Translated weekly and monthly videos for a YouTube channel of one of the biggest team-based MMO battle game. The videos' length varied from 5 to 20 minutes. The videos updated players about patches and events or provided commentary on games, matches and plays. The terminology primarily revolved around army and heavy machinery.• Spotted and translated interviews to make the contents accessible to English viewers. The videos' length varied from half a minute to 10 minutes.• Worked remotely in a cloud software as an individual. Communication took place via email.

• Handled small business accounting in MS Office on a monthly basis, including log booking, expense tracking and attendance management. Facilitated communication with clients and employees via emails, phone calls and meetings. Assisted with coordinating workshops, seminars, trainings, and other company events. Worked full-time and in-house.
