As a Director of Operations I take care of the administration of the Finnish Parkour Association, that is the Sport Federation for parkour in Finland. I am in charge of the economics, team leading and co-operation with our member organizations. I also take part in organizing events together with our active board members and help our specialists in organizing parkour instructor classes.

My task was to develop LiikUś communication and marketing procedures. I renewed their main website www.liiku.fi and purchased a new newsletter programme for LiikU. I educated the employees to use the new systems. I also worked on LiikUs web-visuality by working together with the graphic designer.

I was the chief editor of Etelätuuli web-magazine. In addition, I was in charge or our communications and marketing together with our team. We are mainly marketing ESLU's vide education program for sport clubs and their members. We published newsletters, leaflets and booklets to our members, the southern Finland sport clubs (altogether 3500 sport clubs in 29 towns).

I was in charge of marketing and communications at Avoine. In addition, I was the contact person for our sport federation customers. I have experience in solution selling and customer centric selling. I sold ProcessWire web-site to different sport federations and big sport clubs.

I was taking care of our sport federation customers and marketing Sporttisaitti, a website tool for sport clubs. At that time we had 1500 clubs and associations using the product. In addition, I was assisting our Marketing Director with different communications and marketing duties of the company.

My task was to renew the Student's National Championship system in Finland. I managed to increase the amount of competitions held in different events from eight to twenty events during the project.

I was developing children sport in cooperation with the town of Valkeakoski. My duties included both sport instruction and coordinating sport groups. The work was part of an ESR-project. The ESR-project happened in co-operation with Valkeakoski Sport Department and Education Department. I also learned to apply for different grants for the club and managed to get those for us.

I was teaching sport for almost all of the age groups: daycare children, working age people and senior citizens. I thought them qymnastics, qym workout, personal qym programs, water aerobics, swimming school, aqua jogging, cross country skiing, senior samba, stretching...you name it!

I taught physical education and health education as a substitute teacher for one school period.
