We registered and set up a management company in early 2011 for the purpose managing the 138,000sqm shopping mall. The organization structures was designed and staffing began according to the requirements at each stages of development. Eventually a full functioning company with the relevant departments such as HR, Marketing, Leasing, Finance, Operation, Proper management, which include security, fire safety, sanitary, engineering and car park divisions were set up and staffed. We finally soft-opened our mall on 26 November 2012 after months and tons of works. The mall was officially opened in July 2013 with 90% occupancy rate. We were able to attract tenants such as Stellar Cinema, H&M, MUJI, Uniqlo, Guess and many reputable F&B operators to set up stores in our mall. We were becoming the mall of choice to our targeted customers.After our first year in operation, 2013 we finetune, trim, streamline our business. On track to become king of our little hillStablized and strengthen core team in 2014; Reduce overall headcount by 20%; Achieve net profit in 2nd year of operation.
