-Facilitate the move in process for all upcoming residents -Point of contact for all new admission transactions including new inquires, tours, lease generation & signing, & move-in process & paperwork-Generate and update all data reports including census, status reports, occupancy & budget reports-Ensure and coordinate apartment readiness with department directors along with distribution of all necessary info of new residents-Utilizes sales processes, systems, & forms for sales performance and goals-Assist in the sales process as an adviser for all decisions-makers by providing info and educating them on the company’s services.-Customer and Client Outreach

-Manage & Coordinate team of 5 Front Desk & Receptionist Staff including scheduling and back-up-Under direct supervision of Executive Director, responsible for all operations, point of contact for staff, families, residents, community organizations, & public-Responsible for weekly new hire orientation & onboarding -Hires, trains, discipline & terminates & coordinates exit interviews for employees in accordance with company policies-Direct assistance to Executive Director for daily tasks and special projects -Organize & Conduct monthly All- Staff meeting including OSHA & State required training-Personnel file & data entry & upkeep, including creating & auditing, for entire community with staff of 100+ -Maintain & update confidential business, associate, resident, & state required records & reports -Preparation & coding of invoices, orders, and payments along with pre-billing processes statements and monitoring billing issues.-Tracks all accounting changes & documentation, including move-ins & outs, credits, rate adjustments & other changes & corrections.-Payroll & time adjustment for all associates using Kronos Time Keeping System

-Receptionist back-up including greeting and assisting guests, residents & associates along with everyday tasks along with managing front desk schedule and coordination.-Under direct supervision of Human Resource Director provides clerical & administrative support to HR Director & Executive Director for human resource operations-Developing sources for qualified applicants, conducting screening interviews, completing candidate reference & background check, coordinating new hire orientation & onboarding -Assists in preparing & maintaining statistical reports, data logs, personnel file audit tools, etc. -Oversee and assist with the administration of worker’s compensation programs & unemployment process including preparation of reports-Maintain records of hired employee demographic for government reporting. -Review weekly payroll reports and addresses associate payroll concerns
