I am a commercial litigation lawyer with a focus on construction litigation, shareholders’ disputes, partnership disputes and complex contractual disputes. Additionally, I represent individuals and corporations in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters involving mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, land development and fraud.I am well versed in interpreting and resolving commercial lease disputes, as well as resolving issues involving complex estate and family trusts matters with corporate elements.My construction litigation involves clients primarily in the construction, oil and gas servicing, and related business fields. My experience includes dealing with construction bonds (performance, bid, and labor and materials bonds), builder’s lien matters, including shareholder oppression, derivative actions, plans of arrangement, and contract and construction disputes.
