$14B revenue global consumer and commercial financial services company with 20,000 employees.Recruited to create and grow the co-brand and proprietary lending cashback businesses. Reported to CMO. Led teams of up to 50 responsible for acquiring new card accounts and increasing cardholder spend.• Led marketing strategies that grew portfolio management by 600% and assets from $50M to $10B and introduced digital marketing and lifecycle strategies that were adopted throughout Synchrony organization.• Launched and grew 14 co-brand and private label portfolios in retail, automotive, travel, and entertainment industries. Based on success, asked to lead marketing, and manage card programs for an additional 4 national retail brands. • Piloted and led new centralized co-brand Digital Acquisition and Lifecycle teams to integrate digital technology into client mobile apps and websites and implement marketing best practices. Realized 3X lift in offer response rates, ~50% increase in approval rates, 20% increase in credit limits, and ~4% lift in client sales. Grew share-of-wallet by 300bps annually and reduced cardholder attrition by 100bps annually.
