CurrentServes as the Operations Lead for an Army Acquisitions program. Applies a broad understanding of product/project management and enterprise operational support. Works closely with the Product Management Team to set and/or implement policies and procedures. Performs duty as the risk manager and performs risk management to minimize potential risks. Prepares situational reports for upper management regarding program status. Creates and maintains comprehensive program documentation.Key Achievements:• Provides for maintenance, retrieval and archival storage of program files and records on SharePoint; establishes procedures for maintenance of records retention schedules and logs.• Developed a web-based Risk Nomination Form to give team members an electronic option to submit risks, issues, and opportunities without manually filling out spreadsheets or word documents.• Implemented and established an Action Tracker to help 50+ personnel control and monitor operational issues and maintain a record of ongoing operational tasks.• Updated the Battle Rhythm (schedule) to synchronize team members with 47 Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and working groups to assist the team with integrating current operation changes.• Collaborated with the Deputy Product Manager and Assistant Product Managers to identify the level of involvement and potential influence of 53 product stakeholders from 28 organizations.
