Current• Develop and execute project plans including scope, deliverables, and timelines to identify and implement process improvement and equipment implementation initiatives.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for LIS and CRM platforms to ensure project alignment with business goals.• Implement new laboratory software and equipment within the laboratory and manage installation qualification and operational qualification activities for laboratory information systems.• Perform comprehensive testing scenarios for instruments.• Educate lab personnel on new product features and periodic maintenance required for instruments and software updates.• Conduct regular requirement review meetings to maintain a shared understanding among team members and stakeholders.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document user story requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.• Prioritize user stories based on value, complexity, and feasibility, resulting in streamlined development cycles.• Perform comprehensive testing scenarios ensuring accurate validation of user stories during sprint cycles.• Identify and implement process improvements that streamline operations and optimize workflows.• Validate and implement CLIA/FDA-certified tests, including writing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and validation plans/reports.
