Recruit young adults for entry into JobCorp.Perform assessments to identify suitable candidates for JobCorps.Perform outreach in community to teach the public about Jobcorp services.

• Provide supported employment to consumers with mental health disabilities.• Perform functional assessments to determine readiness for work activities.• Assist in administering health/safety procedures and teaches those skills to clients and coworkers.• Perform crisis prevention and interventions.• Assist clients with gaining and maintaining employment.• Develop and maintain positive linkage with clients, internal agency services, community resources, state and city liaisons access.• Provide weekly written notes on the progress of clients being served.

• Supervision and monitoring of adolescents in an independent living program.• Teaching independent living skills to the residents, cooking, money mgmt, etc. • Documenting daily progress and any significant incidents for each resident.• Maintaining regular routine and structure of the home; following treatment plans.• Dispensing medication to residents; transporting residents to appointments.
