I am highly driven towards results and I strive to succeed in everything that I do. I find it exciting to work across various countries and cultures, as it had enhanced my ability to understand people from difference countries and cultures and enable me to relate and communicate with them.My experiences have showed me the best outcomes are achieved with collaboration and proper communication. My trust will always be the best tool I have and to earn this trust, I would rather communicate over silence, whether it's positive or negative information.As a Danish/Vietnamese person, I am raised with both countries culture and legacy. And with more than 15 years experience in this business, I therefore understand both the Europe and the Asia way of business and survival.
