- The first basis of finance and accounting are producing the real picture of assets of which every points are true and correct.- Most of time in the more 25 years of working, my responsibilities had been relating to foreign investment from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Switzerland,… Therefore, when building up the accounting system for the companies, it must be kept to Vietnamese Law and complied with the International Accounting System.- For corporate finance, I prepare to provide enough working capital, save expenses for low costs and prevent corruption. I prepare annual business plan/ budgeting and produce three years forecast updated each three months.- For accounting, I always make accurate books/ledgers, prepare proper reports/statements and provide comparison to the budget, showing what and how to improve in management.- All over above, I always think to improve any unreasonable procedures in order for the most effects. I always oversight other staff to make necessary adjustments for the best result in team work. In any case, if any accounting staff could not fulfill his/her duty, I am the first person being responsible, but this will be never happen because I can cover all tasks under my control.
