• Initiate, plan, execute, regulate, and close projects to support IHDA's ILRPP 2021-2022 program (Illinois Rental Payment Assistance Program 2021). • Manage, guide, and evaluate up to 20 team members in different projects: Fraud Investigation, Quality Control, Audit Coordination, Program Quality Assurance and Innovation, New and On-Going Procedure Training, Program Development, U.S Treasury Report, Program Auditing, etc.• Coordinate and communicate with managers, and team leads (Finance, Accounting, IT, Strategic Response Unit, etc.) for resources and program updates.• Compile and analyze data, spotlight trends, and make policy and procedural recommendations based on data findings using Microsoft Power Bi and Excel• Conduct SQL queries and generate reports on demand. • Troubleshoot data issues including internal/external user assistance needs. • Integrate financial and operating data systems. • Facilitate data sharing with internal/external stakeholders as appropriate. • Act as liaison between end-users, vendors, and other Information Technology Systems functions to coordinate system support solutions • Serve as a liaison to IT for software and hardware needs/inquiries/requests/solutions along with any enhancements or updates that affect existing systems.• Prepare and data-visualize operational reports, and financial reports for senior managers, legislatures, and U.S Treasury.• Utilize many powerful tools for data/business analysis such as Excel, Encompass, SQL, and Power BI to successfully achieve tasks and objectives.
