I also helped teachers prepare essential teaching materials prior to classes.I was also responsible for assisting foreign teachers and students (2.5 - 15 years old) during the lessons. I Can Read is an English-learning system that encourages students to improve their English proficiency in the most energetic and entertaining environment. I supported the teachers in motivating students to participate in classroom activities (songs, games, worksheet time, ...) and monitoring their studying progress. Moreover, I was also in charge of ensuring customers service quality of the company by communicating with the parents to answer their questions and concern. I also inform them about the policies, events and students' progress. Every 6 months, I organized the parent-teacher meetings (setting up schedule, informing parents, translating for the teachers) to update the students' studying progress.At I Can Read, I performed my best to provide students with interesting English lessons and to build a strong relationship between parents and the company.
