My name is Lan Chi - I graduated with a good Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Van Lang University.According to the evaluation of people around, I am considered an enthusiastic, sociable, quick-adapter and eager to learn. I believe these will help me meet the company's needs well.To meet the requirements of this position, I would like to highlight my qualifications and experience, which include:⦁ Former experiences: I worked as a trainee of Front Office Department at Le Méridien Saigon hotel, cooperate with other colleagues to complete guest check-in procedures, always greet all guests in a friendly, capture customer psychology and support as much as possible when needed. Beside that, i was a Hotel Market Development Intern at Vietnam Booking - a Travel Agent Company. I have learned about managing hotel partners' list and update hotel's price on the system. ⦁ Personal skill: I can understand the diversified communication styles required while talking with customers and managers.
