Working with Consultant and CEO to build HR strategy follow with business strategy in:- Talent acquisition and management: Select and recruit the suitable talent for right position as requested and appropriate with company’s culture. Select the best key staff by performance evaluation, support by training to prepare for next leading generation.- Compensation and Benefit: Build the effective remuneration schemes to attract and keep talent. - Training and Development: Suggest, assign, organize the training course, training program and suggest the coaching process to develop abilities and skills of employees to meet the Company’s requirement and direct employees’ career path.- Performance and Evaluation: Motivate and encourage working capacity of employees together with recognition and reward programs.- Organization culture management: build and setup rules and policies to make sure one healthy working environment but follows Vietnamese labor law and Company regulations.- Discipline and Employee relation: control and apply discipline process and have guidance to all levels to carry out, apply the Company regulations.

Recruitment and Selection:Participated on develop, update, follow up, and review recruitment strategy and plans for finding the most suitable candidates with the right skills for the position to fulfill the requirement.Updated all job descriptions as requirement in manage and implemented procedure of recruitment.Selected reasonable, suitable and effective channels, sources to select potential candidates.Compensation and Benefit: Set up, maintained and updated company compensation and benefit policies, remuneration structure for all levels based on the local labor market, company budged and government regulations (related to compulsory insurances).Managed, implemented incentive programs and benefit plans to maintain the internal fair, external competitive and effective in motivation and retention high performers of staff.Training and Development: Identified the training needs, prepared the annual training plan, organized training course and implemented training strategy and planning to meet the requirement of organization development job qualification and approved budget.Evaluated the training results to ensure training plan and activation meet Company and employee target. Performance and evaluation:Directed and managed the implementation of annual performance appraisal processes with the purpose to manage talent pool for Company and development career plan for individual.Conducted yearly performance evaluation, promotion evaluation end term labor contract evaluation to ensure right employee for the right position. Employee Relation:Managed, advised BOM to build up and conducted the Company’s rules, regulation and discipline process to promote employee morale and motivation to comply with the labor law of Vietnam to avoid legal actions.
