• Lead the project of new product realize for final test and transfer-project• Responsible for project calculation, resource planning, capacity planning• Regular communication with customer key stakeholder on project status and support needed from customer side• Prepare regular meeting report with customer and internal review includes cost plan, resource plan and project schedule• Work together with Engineers on the project change management process to ensure the project success• Define and manage overall project risk identification and mitigation process and monitor though the entire project phases• Manage team performance to develop team capability and motivate the team• Coordination of ramp-ups in manufacturing-plants• Support and control of ramp-up & volume-production at manufacturing plant• Establish lead plant strategy based on cost and technical analysis• Maintaining IPN: Information-sharing, Setting Standards, KPI-Follow-up

• Setup the quality systems according to IATF16949/ISO9001/VDA6.3 requirements• Overall drive for production quality continuous mprovement• Overall coordinate with the internal and external audit activities• Coach for quality tools, PSS/8D method implementation

• Define six sigma project launch strategy within the company• Conduct six sigma training and project coaching for whole company• Regular communicate and report to management about the progress and support needed• Lead continuous improvement for process quality, enhance yield and reduce cost.

• Monitor and enforce of all manufacturing and quality instruction as well as quality procedures in all areas and processes• Conduct LPA, summarize the findings and inform related department to improve and audit their analysis and preventive actions• Develop new quality system and product control procedure for new product and implement the tools of SPC and EFP • Coordinate the company internal audit and external third part audit

• Analyze the failure type, enhance yield, reduce cost, optimize process and improve productivity• Setup the new process flow and continue improvement. Lead the team setup the new test flow including the control plan, FMEA and practice specification • Qualify the new product and continue improving the CPK • Lead Overall PPM monitoring, quality issue and process, UL/WQSA Audit preparation, test flow/process/Quality spec discussion and standardization• Respond to customer feedback, and provide the 8D report of the root cause and preventive actions. • Communicate and benchmark with other factories.
