*Representation:-Liaise with local airport authority departments.-Inform all interested Parties concerning movements of Air Astana Flight.*Administration:-Maintain the Carrier's manuals and local procedures.-Take action on communications addressed to headquarters.-Create the daily,weekly,monthly reports and address to Air Astana *Supervision:+ Ground handling company:-Supervise services contracted by Air Astana with ground handling company-Verify availability and preparedness of staff,equipment,documentation and services of ground handling company to perform the services.-Verify dispatch of operational messages.-Note irregularities and inform the headquarters+ Passenger:-Inform and public about time of arrival or departure of Air Astana flight.-Make arrangements for stop-over,transfer,transit passengers and their baggage.-Assist passengers when flight is interrupted,delayed or cancelled.-Decide on upgrade,downgrade and denied boarding in over-booking flight or irregularity flight.* Auditing:-Organize an annual audit meeting of Air Astana at SGN station.-Keeping documentation as archives.-Meet and assist Air Astana auditor.
