I was born in a small village where electricity arrived when I was 13 years old. I grew up with nature. I always have a strong desire to learn and discover the world. I left the village to go to a small town, then to a big city, then to different foreign countries and ended up in Paris. I’ve experienced many changes in quite a short time.My first background is interpreter and translator from Vietnamese to English and vice versa, and I found my vocation in group facilitation and change management. My professional journey is made of multitude encounters, different tests and continuous learnings. My discovery of group facilitation, especially Technology of Participation, shaped my posture of facilitator, Agility brought me a mindset and a set of tools and practices for effective team works, Theory U invited me to go to the behind scene of a transformation process, Sociocracy and Learning Organization give me keys to create governance structures that bring autonomy, collaboration and development of individual and teams.I always search for energy and potentiality of each person and of each system to help them transform. I tap into the power of collective intelligence to make significant changes. I see myself as a Change Catalyst today.
