Position: Senior purchasing specialist- Purchasing products for Heineken marketing campaign:garments, banners, gifts, event decoration nationwide.- Following the order and handling the relative issues. - Negotiating prices and committing terms.- Recommending the best options for Manager.- Finding & auditing suppliers to check capacity, competence.- Organizing online auctions for suppliers. Negotiating, andcommitting price & terms (payment, warranty, return) withsuppliers.- Working on the system: set price on SRM. -Updating the progress of the order on E-system

Purchasing electric materials (unit driver, resistor, capacitor,pogo pin, led light, jack, and components,… ) from China,Hongkong, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Korea, Germany,...- Importing sound equipment from the famous brand aroundthe world: MASTER SOUND (Italia), AURENDER (Korea), IAGMACAO (China), AUDIO TECHNICA(Japan), VAN DENHUL(Netherland), CABASSE (France), FOCAL(France), JLAUDIO(Netherland), SIM AUDIO (Canada).- Following up on the schedule and timeline. Updating theprogress for my manager.- Negotiating prices and committing terms.- Preparing documents for customs clearance: Sale contract, IV-PL, C/O (FORM E, FORM D, FORM VK,…), C/O (FORM E, FORM D,FORM VK,…) Shipping red invoices, HS codes, and goodsdescriptions.- Sending documents to bank for payment: customsdeclaration, Invoice, Annex, documents for disbursement.- Working on the system: SAP (release PO, check PR, check inventory, check debt,..)

- Finding suppliers. Audit and site check supplier.- Check products: specifications, color, quality, price, certificateof origin, and supplier's terms of purchase. Negotiate withsuppliers about prices, payment terms, ..- Contact forwarder to transport goods to the warehouse. Selectthe appropriate logistic method.- Prepare documents for importing goods and buying goods.- Maintaining existing clients and developing new clients.
