• Full Cycle Account reconcile for USA and Canada.• Prepare, analyze, and settle cash reconciliation daily.• Prepares general ledger account reconciliations on a monthly and annual basis.• Accounting for domestic and oversea shipments from vendors and settlements.• Accounting for inter-company transactions and settlements.• Working with AR/AP and other business teams (Buyers, Warehouses, Products, and Return Department) to ensure proper receipt and payment from/to our customers/vendors.• Perform analysis of shipment variances on daily basis to provide excellent support to all vendors to resolve issues, including shortages / overages for all shipments.• Run weekly AR aging report to maintain balance, and responsible for collection on cores, warranty, volume rebate, marketing fund programs.• Reconcile vendors’ statements, payments, including aging invoices and credits.• Annually interface with Internal and External financial audits, including SOX compliance.

• Possesses wide application of most major concepts of a Store Manager and ability to apply these concepts to a wide range of complex assignments.• Schedule: regular working hours on a week-to-week basis as well as mobilizing work force during peak times.• Open and Close store: Inventory Overview, Ordering, Receiving, Revisions and Resets, and On-hand Maintenance.• Manage store’s Finance: Controlling Store’s Money and Prevention Shop-Lifting, Employee Theft, and Vendor Theft. • Accounting for shipments from vendors and settlements.• Accounting for inter-company transactions and settlements.• Book-keeping: issuing invoices and managing pay-roll.• Work in the Pharmacy: Add New Patients to database, Assisting Customers as well as Pharmacy Staff, and Distribution of prescribed medication to patients when it is ready.• Excellent in Customer Service by being Patience, Proactive, and Understanding.
