TIME Cultural Exchange & Arts Education Association is dedicated to promoting cultural exchanges and artistic experiences for teenagers, university students and professionals. Through short and long-term programs and internship, we offer experiential workshops, educational opportunities and professional development for both established and emerging professionals in arts, design and architecture, with the goal of encouraging creativity and collaboration.
