My principle is: "I do what I feel passionate about and I know why I do it!"My role in Microbium is leading the operations for development of microbiological technologies & services. Currently we are a team of 8 and expanding. Also involved in sales activities and customer relations.Previously I was working on development of new technologies for water treatment with ultra-fine bubbles in different areas of usage at Waboost. My roles were:- R&D on new solutions and pilot testing- Customer support - Production & installation of the solutions- Managing the internal processes and teamI was working as a climbing coach for 8 years, coaching individuals and groups to improve their skills in sports climbing. Organising courses, camps and coaching lessons. So far I have worked with more than 600 climbers from 6 to 85 years of age.
