Led strategy and execution of digital growth channels, incl. Social, Display, and Online Video across 4 brands (Wayfair, AllModern, Joss & Main, Birch Lane) and 2 geos (US and Canada). Managed a $200MM budget and 17 team members.

Led TV (Broadcast & Cable) and Online Video (Connected TV, YouTube & Programmatic Video) incl. paid advertising and organic branded content across 5 brands and 2 geos. Managed a budget of ~$150MM and 15 team members.

Led Direct Mail & Catalog and Online Video Marketing for Wayfair US & CA and specialty & luxury brands (AllModern, Birch Lane, Joss & Main, and Perigold). Channel coverages included YouTube, Meta, Programmatic Online Video, Print Catalog, and Direct Mail (prospecting, retargeting, & remarketing) with a budget of $200MM and 20 team members.

Led Wayfair's online video and direct mail marketing channels across 4 brands and 2 geos.

Drove US and Canada online video channel strategy to grow the channel and deliver on aggressive ROI targets. Managed a budget of $20MM and led a team of 4 to rapidly test, learn, and optimize performance, enhance measurement, and build/manage relationships with existing and new, innovative partners in the space. Collaborated with Creative to inform content development based on customer behavior and ad performance.

Entrepreneurship & Innovation Track

Completed two projects for the Coach and Grow Program, a government-funded entrepreneur development program in Malaysia. Conducted participant engagement assessment and proposed recommendations across the participant life cycle related to process flow, communications, and culture as part of MIT's Global Entrepreneurship Lab. Accepted an invitation to return in August 2014 to conduct an impact assessment of the program, enhance the quarterly reporting process, and participate in investor pitch sessions.
