I had the incredible opportunity of doing my second year placement at Sidmouth Primary School in Hull. Here, I was able to develop the skills I first learnt during my first year placement and my time volunteering at Robert Browning School and was finally able to apply these skills. Thus, I was able to have a successful placement.

At Robert Browning, my main focus was becoming a better teacher. I was able to observe and learn directly from the best teachers that the school had. I observed many learning strategies and tools for behaviour management and have applied this in following placements. Although my main role was as a teaching assistant, I routinely observed other teachers in different year groups.
