I was the Assistant to the VP as well as handle all Accounts Payables duties, recorded office expenditures, ensured accurate data for reporting purposes, sales & marketing, event planning & maintain computerized inventory of product & office supplies.

I handled orders from ordering office supplies to all medical supplies company wide, inventory management, managing phones & phone lines, helped with event planning, managing conference room schedule.
