LANAE BARNES has been selling real estate successfully for more than 30 years. Her career started in California specializing in residential country club properties and custom homes. Since moving to South Florida in 1998, Lanae has specialized in luxury home and condo sales working for developers and as an independent sales agent, successfully selling at luxury communities such as Evergrene, One Singer Island, The Resort at Singer Island and Two City Plaza. One of the reason’s Lanae has been successful in Real Estate is because she loves a challenge and will do what it takes to get the job done. A good example of this is her marathon and triathlon training. When Lanae was training for Ironman Zurich, she would begin a 100 mile bike ride at 4:00 am and then head in to the office to meet customers. She knew it wouldn’t be easy but she was determined and dedicated to reach her goals. This tenacious and competitive nature is how she represents her customers.SUCCESS IN REAL ESTATE In 1998 Lanae moved to South Florida and in 1999 she began working for national home builder Lennar Homes, in Broward County. Her first year she was the number one sales person out of 25 agents selling 90 homes valued at over $25 million and she became a top sales agent at every community she worked. Lanae credits this success to hard work and always being easily accessible and present for her customers. She has developed many life-long friendships and strives to have happy customers and friends for life. Lanae has won numerous sales awards including Sales Associate of the Year, Highest Dollar Volume and Rookie of the Year.LUCKY Living in the Sunshine State, Lanae can enjoy her favorite activities all year long such as training for triathlons, boating and diving. She currently resides in Palm Beach Isles on Singer Island and has a a daughter and grandson in Lighthouse Pointe.
