"Camp Barbie"I'm not the regular Fitness Trainer at The camp Transformation Center. Here I provided motivational fitness training through bootcamp circuit training. To help people lose weight, build and tone muscle and gain in endurance. This helps people meet their fitness goals and become healthier and happier and build or regain self-confidence. My workouts combine a mixture of muscle strengthening and cardio. I uphold a professional manner and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude while teaching HITT, bootcamp, muscle building classes. I love Helping people push themselves past their limits to achieve their health and fitness goals. I have an engaging teaching style that ensures the audience feels active in participating in the program. I'm an energizer bunny that always has high confidence and energy to lead, individual to large 100+ corporate training sessions.
