With over seven years of experience in employer branding, marketing, and project management, I am passionate about creating and promoting attractive and meaningful workplaces for diverse and talented teams. As the Head of Employer Branding at MY.GAMES, I lead the development and implementation of the global employer branding strategy, overseeing the external and internal communications, events, and partnerships that showcase the company's culture, values, and opportunities. Previously, I was the Employer Branding Manager at Flo Health Inc., where I helped to build and launch the employer brand for one of the fastest-growing female health apps in the world, reaching millions of users across different countries and cultures. I have also worked as the Project Managing Director at Brands&Talents, a consulting agency that specialized in employer branding and talent acquisition for various clients in the tech, media, and education sectors.
