I am a dynamic woman, with a history of being recruited and professionally trained in diverse environments. A career which has given me an incredible perspective on people, ability to work with pretty much anyone, ability to pivot and learn on the fly. The familiar link that has run through my career has been intense focus on delivering exceptional outcomes, to enhance the customer experience, sustain relationships and progress business development.My career has taken me from the corporate office in one of the biggest and fastest growing financial services companies where I helped expand the client relationship management sector within marketing; from running a wellness franchise business for over 5 years; from working and training with a doctor (that eventually led to opening my business). I am also a certified yoga trainer and wellness coach; and I was even recruited to professionally train in communication for live radio broadcasting. I also have over 8 years of luxury sales experience, originally trained in 5 star hotels and then mentors along the way. I am also very computer literate: Mac and PC suites of products, Adobe DC Pro, PhotoShop, QuickBooks, Social Media, etc. I would describe myself as - passionate, positive, collaborative, creative, with a thirst for learning and teaching, with an ability to adapt to new challenges and circumstancesI enjoy creating and sustaining relationships by listening, observing, and being intuitive to the customer view. I then analyse this information and bring it into all relevant silos of the business to enhance communication and keep the business evolving.
