Responsible for the set-up and management of the CGI Business Consulting practice. This included the definition and execution of our vision, business strategy and plan, recruitment, personal development of our members, and the delivery of services to clients. Our advisory services include:• CIO Advisory: driving efficiencies, cost savings and profitability through optimisation. • CFO advisory: driving value-based profitable growth. • Business Transformation: supporting your business in its transformation journey. • Business risk & regulation: understanding your organisation and it threats.

Responsible for defining the strategy and vision of the digital transformation value propositions we provide to clients, as well as establishing partnerships, coaching consultants and delivering projects. Concretely the topics I am driving include: Digital Strategy and Roadmap, Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, Cognitive Intelligence, IoT and Intelligent Machines and Digital Insights (Data science and analytics and architecture).
