· Deliver Consortium for Service Innovation certified workshops and certification programs· Deliver training packages, hold working sessions, and interact with clients to ensure optimal configuration and go-live readiness for software for new implementations· Lead reimplementation/remediation efforts for existing clients facing KCS centric difficulties· Provide consulting surrounding best practices for KCS, knowledge management in general, and RightAnswers software specifically· Provide demonstrations of the Knowledge Base and new features to prospective, new, and existing clients· Work with the Support, Professional Services, and Product Management teams to identify whether issues are related to adherence to KCS best practices or whether software changes are required

Report to the Director of Knowledge Management to assist with all aspects of the knowledge management program within Upland Software.
