I’ve bult a strong networking alliance that allows me to bridge relationships in various directions. My strong work ethic and a proven ability to think strategically and act tactically regarding program/product development is well respected in the automotive industry. I believe that communication is a key to any successful project, and I embrace working in a team environment. I was recognized as 2022 SEMA Businesswoman of the year by members of my peers for developing the SBN Resource Program to assist both men and women in career development and spearheaded She Is SEMA, a campaign to recognize all women in the automotive / motorsport industry who support businesses from behind the scenes. In 2006, I joined John Force Racing, as Retail Manager of John Force Race station., I promoted to Director of Retail Operations and launched a second location in Brownsburg, Indiana. I enjoyed working with motorsports most successful organization and acquired a wealth of knowledge working alongside top marketing & merchandising professionals.In January of 2013, McLeod Racing owner Paul Lee brought me onboard to manage McLeod’s front office operations and later was promoted to Vice President. During my time at McLeod Racing, I was instrumental in onboarding new EDI and accounting software and restructuring order processing flow and operational procedures.In 2019, I was offered the Executive Director position at the Lions Automobilia Foundation to develop and manage the newly formed 501c3 nonprofit. The Mission of the Foundation lined up with my personal pursuit to provided young people a window into the automotive and motorsport industry and follow a path into an exciting career. I strongly believe in giving back to our industry and enjoy volunteering. Currently, I’m a select committee member for the SEMA Hot Rod Alliance Industry and looking forward to providing support to preserve the Hot Rod Lifestyle. My experience and passion for the automotive and motorsports industries is deep-seated and my drive to achieve excellence is consistent. I believe in the strength of teamwork and mutual respect.
