Human Resources Manager
Current- HR Strategy, Recruitment, and Employee Integration: Develop and implement recruitment strategies and the annual Employer Branding plan. Ensure alignment with company values and integrate new hires effectively.- Employee Training and Development: Formulate and execute annual training plans, focusing on enhancing personal and team abilities. Train managers in business communication, feedback, and responsibility towards their teams.- Legal Compliance and Documentation Management: Oversee employee legal relations, maintain and update labor-related documentation, ensure compliance with occupational safety laws, and manage employment contracts.- Employee Relations and Welfare: Handle employee documentation for social insurance, manage leave and absence processes, and coordinate private health insurance with the insurance company.- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Measure the success of training programs, monitor employee satisfaction, and prepare reports on gender equality for the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.- Internal Procedures and Quality Management: Create, update, and enforce company regulations, internal procedures, and training documentation, ensuring alignment with quality system reference documents.
