Senior Client Relationship Manager
Current- Manage a $2MM portfolio of high-value clients
- Provide training and virtual sessions to ensure clients receive maximum ROI from their membership
- Update clients on relevant media pieces, news articles, and industry-specific activity
- Create usage analysis reports and spreadsheets to analyze patterns and ensure return on investment
- Understand what successful implementation entails and strategize client calls, training, and outreach to achieve goals throughout the license period and continued relationship
- Identify opportunities for growth and upgrade clients’ memberships options (license structure, modules, content, etc.)
