Senior Client Relationship Manager
Current● Manage a $2MM portfolio of high-value clients● Provide training and virtual sessions to ensure clients receive maximum ROI from their membership● Update clients on relevant media pieces, news articles, and industry-specific activity● Create usage analysis reports and spreadsheets to analyze patterns and ensure return on investment● Understand what successful implementation entails and strategize client calls, training, and outreach to achieve goals throughout the license period and continued relationship● Identify opportunities for growth and upgrade clients’ memberships options (license structure, modules, content, etc.)● Renew clients year-over-year with growth● Work with other teams internally to provide feedback based on client experience (sales, marketing, product development, management)● Build meaningful relationships with clients at all levels - key stakeholders, decision makers, end-users, admin - and act as main point of contact for all queries● Provide strategy and coaching to other staff on team● FY2023: 106% to target, $100k over target (Q1 146%, Q2 111%, Q3 105%, Q4 100%)● Current Quarter: 109% to target ($40k over)
