Digital Marketing Executive
Current•Website publishing: Building, publishing, and editing new and existing website pages across our various websites, including those in different languages.•Social media marketing: Delivery of social media content, campaigns, strategy, and reporting.•Employee advocacy: Expansion and enhancement of our employee advocacy and social selling programmes.•Email marketing: Build and deliver email marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing client engagement, conversions, lifetime value (LTV) and loyalty•Data management: Audience and list segmentation and targeting•Analytics and reporting: Partner with analytics, content, product marketing and campaign planning teams to build out customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and develop insights and actions•Goal and KPI focused: Drive continuous improvement across KPIs including engagement and conversion rates, cost per click, cost per acquisition, lead and client insight generation. •Client centricity: Continual optimisation of segmentation and social and email content personalisation strategies based on user behaviour/intent, activity data, industry, and demographics
