Working as first BDM at KOTELOV for international market was both challenging and truly interesting.I had to build la strong world-wide lead search from the scratch by trying different methods, theories and hypotheses.My responsibilities:- LinkedIn lead generation (cold messages, contact adding, emails, Telegram chats and search)- building long-term lead relationships by social selling approach- generating/translating marketing texts for social media- business development during hard, challenging and overall almost impossible conditions for the company to work withPersonal impact: - Wrote 2500+ first outreach messages- Increased the number of LinkedIn company contacts by 4 times (before - 500, after - 2100)- Was able to perform successful negotiations with CEOs/CTOs of big international companies- Despite of very difficult conditions, i was able to sign long-term contract with international Fintech company (i was in charge for all the stages: creating contact form, negotiating the terms, communicating with HBD, HR and others)In the end of my time working at the KOTELOV, we've became one of very few outstaff companies who have international leads with strong expertise in BD.-
