Supporting VIP team members, new hires and transferring members.• Conduct & council cross – country moves within 3 weeks and international relocation assistance.• Matched individual clients to best – fit real estate professionals to research and show requested properties and achieved an average of $30,000 per quarter in relocation referrals revenue.• Review, explain, and administer rental finding, home purchase, lease cancellation and/or home marketing assistance benefits. Inclusive of reviewing broker market analyses and marketing strategies.• Trained and provided workshops/coaching to new and existing employees as a Subject Matter Expert.

• Execute relocation activities for new and existing employees for corporate accounts• Handle expenses in the monitories of up to 50,000 plus daily• Create and audit property purchase agreements, closing statements, appraisals, and inspections• Established relationships and coordinated with Service Providers to meet relocation execution, project timelines and assuring services delivered on schedule. • Coordinate household goods and auto shipment with various van line and auto carriers.

• Maintain relations with third party vendors / suppliers on orders and referrals placed• Audit lease agreements, property purchase agreements, closing statements• Scheduled initial contact between consultants and transferees• Scheduled reminders to track progress of client moves at each stage from initiation to completion• Assist with managing a caseload for two homeowner consultants as well as assisting rental consultants on our team and other teams when needed
