As a Operations Lead, Business Development, your primary objective is to achieve organic margin and revenue growth from an esteemed portfolio of clients, while leading the tactical execution of the transportation industry’s most unique and innovative client experience. You will lead every almost every aspect of your client’s experience—from long-term load acquisition to score-card success to QBR support. • Identify opportunities and ways in which we can achieve organic revenue growth (dedicated, fixed price, spot, spot-to-dedicated)• Execute best-in-class operational protocols based on client expectations (load building, scheduling, track andtrace)• Ensure coverage and overall load board awareness through relationship development• Create a strategic alliance with your portfolio of esteemed clients• Participate in all customer-facing activities involving client portfolio• Establish and uphold relationships with customers in various modes of transportation and logistics serviceofferings• Foster a team culture that is committed to continuous improvement and quality service• Implement innovative guidelines that optimize operating bandwidth of team, and delegate daily execution of all operations activities
