My role as a System Supervisor is as a field as well as a yard supervisor. I coordinate movement of trains and equipment in the yard with our engineers and other personnel , communicating with our maintenance dept. to accomplish such movements. The trains are cycled through our shop for refueling, maintenance, daily inspections, etc. then staged for use. My field responsibilities include ensuring safe and efficient movement of trains on our alignment, communicating with our customers and serving their needs, investigating incidents/accidents in our system and our alignment.

I operate and insure the safety of a commuter train and its passengers through its daily operating schedule.I also move trains throughout the company rail yard and service buildings.

My responsibilities included operating a countroom in which I processed coin and currency applying to individual accounts. Managing secure keys and info systems for accounts. Processing all related paperwork for this department. Warehouse shipping and receiving, organizing inventories, keeping the warehouse a safe area. Developing and maintaining a parts department, ordering, dispersing, cataloging, supplying service department with parts. Managing inventories for parts rooms, count room, the fleet of service vehicles on a monthly and quarterly basis. Field coverage for collections, key and vault issues, and service coverage. Coordinated service for the branch covering northern Utah. Managing the office including but not limited to:scheduling vendors, scheduling outside services, scheduling installations, working with owners and managers on a daily basis, preparing bank deposits, scheduling armored truck pickups. I process all related office paperwork, payroll, office supply orders. I have trained employees in all aspects of the available jobs. I use Word, Excel, Moneylinx, Citrix, Solomon,and Outlook. I also completed any and all tasks ever handed to me by my superiors.
