SERVICES • Project managemento In this role we provide the complete service as your principal agent, encompassing: Initial feasibility studies. Finalising design intent. Hiring of architects, quantity surveyors, engineers and contractors as required. Comprehensive co-ordination of all consultants to ensure you get delivered what is required, on time, on budget, and to the standards expected. In depth monitoring and leading of the construction phase. Lastly delivering the final product including all the required hand over documentation, operational manuals, certificates of compliance and occupational certificates.o We provide effective leadership, sharp attention to detail and a valued partnership you can count on throughout the life of your project and beyond.• Construction managemento Typically this would suit a client that already has his principal agent and professional team in place. However the type of work does not require a principal / main contractor, but does require someone to co-ordinate and control all the sub-contractors. o As construction managers we lead the entire construction phase including all coordination, logistics, communication, quality and regulation all the way to inspection and hand-over.o We provide onsite management through: Real-world, cost-effective solutions to the everyday challenges that owners, contractors, engineers, and architects face throughout the construction process. Leadership of co-ordination meetings. Quality assurance. Progress reporting.• Programme managemento Here we focus specifically on the construction programme.o We communicate with the project participants, monitor their work and that of the various trades, and facilitate co-ordination.o We can provide the service of independently reporting on and existing programme, or providing a programme and reporting on it.
