This eliminated the tedious and time consuming process of laying out and drilling each hole without the need of purchasing new piece of machinery.-Implemented a "nesting" system for CNC plasma operation that combines multiple jobs to best utilize raw material and machine time.-Removed operators from decision making and simplified job dispatching for smoother workflow.
