• Day to day management of customer accounts and ensure that all aspects of client accounts are dealt with correctly.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, maintain status and periodic reporting of projects, including financial reporting.
• Co-ordinate preparation of proposals and tenders, including costs and resources.
• Responsible for the design, planning, procurement, assembly, testing and final delivery stages of projects in the geomarket on time, within budget and to appropriate specification.
• Attend Client meetings/presentations, develop working relationships with customer representatives and support, work closely with and maintain working relationships with Operations Department

West Coast

• Demonstrate stand-alone root cause analysis on all assigned technologies.
• Create Cause Maps for specified technologies. Under minimal supervision, analyze appropriate data to monitor fleet performance. Create single technology business key performance indicators as required.
• Member of Failure and Quality Review Board meetings. Provide deviation waiver request (DWR) support across specified technologies. Provide instruction and knowledge transfer to the Reliability community.
• Act as a subject matter expert to Operation and Supply Chain customers for specified technologies.
• Act as a mentor to junior reliability engineers
• Conduct all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

• Under broad direction provide direct instruction and supervision to other Field Engineers on day-to-day well site work and activities.
• Provide advice and direction to external customer and third-party well site colleagues as appropriate.
• Provide resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well site where analysis of data requires having a broad knowledge of the product line and tools and/or service.
• Act as a project leader and mentors junior field engineers.
