I remotely support the company founder and president and executive assistant. I report on new technologies and analyze trends in aerospace and other technologies. I also create our network architecture, split-on-offline networks, email, cloud structure, VOIP and VPN.

I trained and consulted with customers about their needs and goals, and made recommendations based on their input. I also trained remote customers in using a proprietary operations console tied to the customer's AD service.I was frequently a proofreader for customer emails and documents.

I assisted a larger team in analysis and deployment of our software and worked with local IT professionals to solve issues. I also created and edited documents in support of our teams. This was an on-site deployment.

I managed a test lab for AV candidate programs, including documentation and training, beta testing groups.

I was assigned 2 floors of the R & D building to directly support users and projects for upcoming products. I also supported the maintenance users on-site as needed. supervised several pc rollouts, install and maintain software for pc, also performed hardware repairs and replacements, warranty returns. Dell certified every year of employment. I attended meetings to guide the direction of our department and implemented changes as they were approved and used Service Now, Peregrine, and Connectwise ticketing systems.

As part of a 2-person team I directly supported manufacturing, all user tiers, and special projects with on-site vendors. My responsibilities included direct user contact to resolve issues, escalation where necessary, manufacturing line support, liason between hardware repair and manufacturing maintenance departments. I traveled to TMMWV for a week to cover for a fellow Level 2 while he was on leave.

My first official IT job! my duties included training, live support, phone support, software installation and maintenance, hardware repair or replacement. New hardware rollout, printer maintenance, direct support for tier 1 users.

I began in the Special Lamps division as QC and supporting the paintng booth operators. later I moved on to training in maintenance and fabrication. At the end of employment, I was called to the offices frequently for IT issues.
