STERLING HIGH SCHOOL (CLASS 6A) DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR/ DEFENSIVE BACKS • Finished with the first winning record at RSS in 8 seasons• Lowest Points per game average at RSS since 1995• Ranked 2nd in the District in passing yards allowed per gameSTRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COORDINATOR• Implemented an offseason program for all football and basketball athletes• Set individual and team fitness goals. VARSITY OUTSIDE LINEBACKERS/ FRESHMEN LINEBACKERS• 2010 4A Division II State Champions• Assisted with practice schedules, workout plans, and game preparation for Varsity and Freshmen teams• Concentrated on defensive strategies with all linebackers• Accolades earned by athletes under my tutelage include the Defensive District Newcomer of the Year, Old Spice Player of the Game in the State Championship game, and all three starting linebackers earned either district superlatives or 1st team honors• Focused on gaining knowledge of how to run a State Championship caliber football and baseball programHEAD FRESHMEN BASEBALL• Led team to a 21-3 overall record• Coordinated with the Varsity baseball coach to implement the same program as the higher levels
