Hardware Test Engineer/ Program manager with a specialization in lab product management & interfacing with avionics hardware for assembly and quality control.-Aid engineering team with delivering prototypes, builds, and testing of a vast array of avionics hardware that includes full stacks, gate works boards, LTE systems, laser & RF technologies.-Coordinate with electrical and mechanical engineers to improve upon current systems based off the feedback of failure analysis and reliability testing.-Gather results and data from the software testing team for any new commits or releases; providing feedback and reporting any bugs or issues to the software engineering team.-Flash all components of the avionics system including hardware PCB stacks, gateworks boards, RF technologies, and other proprietary avionics hardware.-Make critical decisions in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting area of the avionics systems including flight configurations, decisions on flight blocking bugs from firmware, and how Contract Manufacturers deal with hardware issues.-Assemble the training of new hires in the lab on mechanical, electrical, and software components of the avionics system.-Write procedural documentation for assembly, integration, testing, and quality control on prototype and production systems to include avionics hardware, RF, and firmware.-Visit Contract Manufacturers for various inspections of the flight systems.-Provide Contract Manufacturers with testing setups, technical documentation, and assistance from the Google lab.-Assist Contract Manufacturers in fixing hardware and firmware-related issues.-Attend daily stand-up meetings and bi-weekly rapid evaluation meetings.
