1. Take the ownership and improve China Selling products PPM performance;2. Build and continue improve commercial Product Quality Management Process and System; 3. Support Global Manufacturer to improve the production quality management process and system；

1. Co-work with Design & Engineering team and Project Management Office to source & develop parts and suppliers;2. Audit & Qualify suppliers during New Product Development Phase and finalize First Article Inspection with Design & Engineering and manufacture site;3. Familiar with ISO 13485 and GMP requirement;4. Assist to review design output (Drawing, Technical Specification, packaging requirement etc.,) and prepare product transfer to manufacture site from supplier & quality respect;5. Responsible for ECN in R&D centre.....

1. Co-work with Sourcing Project management team closely to sourcing & develop suppliers;2. Track & close any supplier materials issue (Use 8D tool and PDCA) from customer complaint, and production line reject to incoming inspection. Responsible for APAC suppliers’ performance metrics (Quality & Delivery).3. Support global site and lead regional supplier development activities to drive suppliers to targeted quality and delivery performance levels.4. Follow ISO/TS16949 to audit supplier and complete project PPAP's including on site run off 's in support of implementation teams;

Act as a team leader of assigned commodity, in charge managing supplier quality from incoming to customer complaint based in Plant.

Act as an engineer based in factory Vendor Quality Assurance department, responsible for supplier quality for PCB, Components, Cables, etc.....

--- Focus on PCB manufacture process, i.e.: drilling, plating, solder-mask, routing, and surface handling. To set up good maintain plan for machine and optimize process parameter.--- Analyze failed mode to correct process bug and implement continued improvement plan to lift FPY.
