Final Integration Technician
Current• Perform final assembly of all electrical and mechanical assemblies for a variety of Semiconductor equipment. • Assist Engineering in the constant improvement of the equipment. • Install and test all software used within a system, including control software, motion control, PLC, and various other software packages.• Troubleshoot and fix any issues within the system electrical, mechanical, or control software.• Modify system control software to enhance the operation and maintainability of the system. • Write testing and calibration procedure as well as inspection documentation.• Perform as the lead person for customer source inspections. Lead the customer through the introduction, inspection and testing of the system. Provide training for the customer on their specific system, including system assembly location, software overview and process flow. Assist the customer with any questions/concerns they may have. Also help the customer with any inspection lists they may have.• Act as lead for any post source issues that need to be taken care of prior to shipping.• Ensure all testing consumable supplies, garments, and test equipment are available for use.• Ensure cleanliness is maintained in the testing clean rooms.• Act as lead for the test group.
