Profile bio

About Lance Conley

I am a highly decorated, 28 year combat veteran retired from the active roles of the US Air Force. I have held several leadership roles, Operations Group Standardization and Evaluation Superintendent, Flight Engineer Superintendent, and Squadron Superintendent just to name a few. My leadership roles didn’t quit when I retired. I was recruited by Wal-Mart Logistics when I was still on active duty and actually started my management career with Wal-Mart while on terminal leave. I was the Inbound Operations Manager. I led and manage 16 area managers, 108 associates, 3 receiving areas, and the day to day operations of the Distribution Center. Eight and a half years later I was afforded the opportunity to reconnect with the military and accepted a position as a program coordinator with an elite combat Personnel Recovery unit. This exceptional unit organizes, trains and equips multifunctional mission ready airmen able to plan, lead and conduct unilateral, combined arms and joint multilayered Personnel Recovery Operations via land, sea or air in order to deny competitors and adversaries the ability to exploit isolated personnel.

Listed skills include Air Force, Military Experience, Dod, Security Clearance, and 36 others.
